1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Compliance)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed digital content or received physical products.
2. 31-Day Trial Cancellation
We offer a 31-day trial period for all Tide magazine subscriptions, allowing you to explore the product before committing. If you choose to continue after the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the amount listed + shipping on the product page.
If you prefer not to continue, you may cancel at any time during the 31-day trial period. No charges will be applied, and no returns are required. Cancellations made after the trial period will be subject to our standard subscription terms.
3. Ongoing Subscription Cancellations
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Customer Support at contact@tidemagazine.fr.
• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning you will continue receiving issues until the end of your paid subscription period. No partial refunds are issued for early cancellations after the trial period.
4. Automatic Renewal
• All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You will receive a reminder before renewal, as per EU regulations on automatic subscriptions.
5. Defective or Missing Issues
If you receive a damaged or missing magazine, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
